Platform Nature & Academic Scope
Space Academic is an artificial intelligence-powered exploratory research tool designed to accelerate scientific literature discovery, identify potential methodological gaps, suggest innovative research ideas, and structure preliminary proposal drafts.
Important Academic Disclaimer:
The synthesized literature insights, research gaps, radar metrics, and generated proposals produced by the multi-agent AI pipeline (Agents 1 through 7) are intended for scientific brainstorming, literature exploration, and academic assistance. They do not constitute formal institutional approval, peer-reviewed endorsement, or guaranteed grant funding. Researchers and scholars retain full responsibility for verifying primary sources, validating experimental designs, and adhering to academic rigor.
User Accounts & Access Security
To utilize advanced research pipelines, save inquiry sessions, and manage research credits, you must maintain an active user account:
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile credentials up to date.
- Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- User Roles & Permissions: Account roles (e.g., Free User, Pro Researcher, Lead Researcher, Super Admin) govern access tiers, credit allotments, and administrative inspection capabilities.
Credits, Subscriptions & Payment Terms
Platform computational resources and multi-agent synthesis are metered using a transparent credits model:
New accounts receive free promotional research searches (2 comprehensive systematic inquiries) upon registration.
Additional credits can be unlocked via standard top-ups ($8 for 50 credits) or Pro activation ($15 for 100 credits).
- Credits are deducted transparently based on operation complexity (e.g., 40 credits for full 6-agent study, 25 credits for Agent 7 strategic blueprint).
- Purchased credits do not expire as long as the account remains in good standing.
- Refund Policy: Due to immediate high-performance GPU and model inference consumption, payments for consumed credits and active research runs are non-refundable, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Ownership of Research Deliverables:
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your research questions, problem hypotheses, synthesized gap reports, generated research plans, custom literature matrices, and exported citation collections. Space Academic claims zero copyright or proprietary rights over your academic output.
Platform Intellectual Property:
All trademarks, user interface designs, multi-agent orchestration code, database indexing algorithms, and backend architectures remain the exclusive property of Space Academic.
Acceptable Use & Academic Integrity
Users of Space Academic agree to uphold rigorous scientific standards and refrain from prohibited activities:
- No Plagiarism or Academic Misrepresentation: You agree not to misrepresent AI-generated exploratory text as unassisted human work without appropriate disclosure or institutional compliance.
- No Reverse Engineering or Automated Abuse: You must not systematically scrape, probe, stress-test, or reverse-engineer our proprietary multi-agent pipeline or bypass credit metering.
- No Harmful or Classified Content: You may not submit queries containing malicious code, classified national security information, or content that violates international laws.
Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPACE ACADEMIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SPACE ACADEMIC, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF RESEARCH DATA, LOSS OF GRANT FUNDING, OR PUBLICATION REJECTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
Account Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activities, abuse computational resources, or violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial and intellectual property laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
