If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all charges incurred. Billing occurs on a recurring basis unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are not available except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Space Academic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Space Academic operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
